DELIVERY

Orders are processed Monday through Friday.

The processing time for an order is 24 hours but may vary depending on the quantity of orders in progress at the same time.

We offer 2 forms of delivery:

Delivery to a relay point called “Mondial Relais” (for France only)

Home delivery via Colissimo

Depending on the carrier chosen, delivery times are different and mentioned when ordering.

Free delivery is available for the following conditions:


  • FRANCE - From 50€

  • EUROPEAN UNION - From 150€

  • INTERNATIONAL - From 250€

We ask our customers to never accept a package damaged during transport. Otherwise, no financial compensation can be granted.

Customs fees

Depending on the country of destination, customs fees may apply and will be fully charged to the customer. We invite our customers to enquire about any such charges prior to ordering.

RETURN FEES :

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, if he wishes to return his package after delivery, within the regulatory deadline.

In the case of a return, if any damage is found on the parcel or the products, the customer is responsible for this and must make his own claim to the chosen carrier. The order will be refunded once the procedure has been completed.

MISSED DELIVERY

In the case of a missed delivery:

  • In a pickup point, the customer did not collect the parcel in time
  • At home, the customer was not present during the various deliveries

The customer will have to pay delivery charges again to be able to benefit from a second shipment. Even if this was free of charge on the initial order. If the customer wishes a refund, the delivery charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

DAMAGED PACKAGE

Before collecting a parcel, we invite our customers to check that it is in good condition. If you notice any damage, you can refuse delivery and notify us by e-mail. Otherwise, if a parcel is accepted and its contents are damaged, NO refund will be made.
