Making your own concrete bodybuilding weights is extremely simple-no need to be a great handyman, the process is accessible to everyone.
The first thing you'll need is concrete. You'll find bags of concrete (from 5 to 40kg) ready to use at your local DIY store.
On average, a 40kg bag of concrete costs €4, far less than the traditional equivalent in weight.
Depending on the amount of weight required, you'll need an equivalent quantity of concrete. Once you've bought your bag of concrete, simply mix it with water and pour the mixture into the mold, following the steps in our manufacturing guide supplied with your order.
The mold is infinitely reusable and easy to clean. Use water and a brush.
